YazSoft, makers of Speed Download recently updated to version 5.0 which according to the MH website and website should be a free upgrade. Applications sold in the bundle are sold as if a full license is sold to the user from the developers website, it's part of the deal, yet YazSoft calls it a promotional sale. This level of bad ethics is what will bring the Mac Community down to the level of the Windows Community. Below is a quote directly from YazSoft.com that contradicts with their conduct of the MacHeist upgrades.

YazSoft.com:

If you purchased SD 4 between Jan 01, 2008 and Feb 12, 2008, you may upgrade to SD 5 for FREE.

I'm hosting a contest for the MacDust 3 Icon. Don't fear, MD3 development is a few months off, but I like having the icon in advance (partially for the separate website that coincides with the MD3 launch). If you want to submit, just make a 512 x 512 icon and send it to me via email. The winner gets a free license and their name in the credits (I don't have much to offer because I need to save for a new computer).
